Kelly Osburn joined DBA Architects in 2025, bringing with him more than 35 years of experience in the residential architecture field. Over the course of his career, he has completed work across 46 states, contributing to a remarkable 650,000+ completed projects. His portfolio spans nearly every housing type in the industry, including single-family, townhome, affordable, market-rate, military, senior, student, mixed-use, build-to-rent, and nonprofit communities.
Kelly has also led the design and delivery of more than 20,000 HUD D4–financed units, demonstrating deep expertise in complex, large-scale housing development. His work has been recognized throughout the industry with honors from BALA, Aurora, Gold Nugget, McSAM (DFW), ULI, MHN, MFE Excellence, and Pillars of the Industry, reflecting his long-standing commitment to design quality and community impact.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kelly values time with his family and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. His blend of technical experience, leadership, and down-to-earth personality continues to shape the communities he helps create.
