Matthew has experienced the profession of architecture and design from many different aspects over the last 27 years. After working with an award winning international Multi-Family Architecture firm, Matthew joined a development company and gained experience in the Real Estate Development, Engineering, and Construction aspects of projects. As an Owner’s Representative, he oversaw $75M worth of new multi-family construction and renovation from Florida to Arizona.

In 2004, Matthew took an opportunity to start a Land Planning, Civil Engineering and Architecture firm in Delaware and grew that idea into a 16-person firm with 2 offices that focused on regionally appropriate and responsible Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate Sales, Architecture and Civil / Structural Engineering. Recognized as a regional leader in sustainability and environmental stewardship, Matthew enjoyed speaking and writing on the topics of regionalized economies and the sustainably built environment. After 7 years away from “home”, Matthew and his family moved back to McKinney, TX to pursue a new chapter in design, development, and architecture. He focuses on Land Planning and Design of Single-Family, Multi-Family, SFFR, and Resident Amenities as well as Client Management and Project Management.
