DBA has developed a cost-effective design that is currently (JUL '26) out for bid. Initial hard costs are $140k per unit (G702) number and the first ground up on the drawing boards is in Oklahoma. The exterior elevations can reflect any local environment as needed. Currently designed as only 1BR (751sf)/ 2BR (1114 sf) with no balconies and 100% fiber cement siding. The concept can add studio/3BR as the market dictates.
